Mercedes has already unveiled their E-Class in saloon form, but now the load-lugging estate model is tested in the wild. This Estate or T-model is expected to appear in showrooms after the saloon at the start of 2017.
Keeping up with the C-Class and S-Class models, the new E-Class’s styling will be updated to follow the earlier mentioned vehicles, featuring a prominent two-bar grille, wrap-around headlights and a more dramatic and stretched profile. The E-class will also be the leader when it comes to cargo capacity. Engines from the upcoming E-Class saloon will be transferred into the estate version, so expect a range of petrol and diesel engines and a new ultra-efficiencient plug-in hybrid version.
