The first new E-Class model, the sedan, was presented at the Detroit Motor Show in January. The Estate will be next in mid-2016. And then we will come to the Coupe. This will be introduced in early 2017. The last model will be a convertible body style towards the end of 2017.

There’s no hiding the fact that the E-Class Coupe carries the same styling cues, so much so, that you could easily mistake it for a C-Class or S-Class Coupe. The headlights and taillights have the biggest difference between this coupe and its sisters. Also the lines on the side and windows are different. Powertrains will be shared with the sedan and will include a range of four, six and eight cylinder units, headed by a reworked version of AMG’s twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 pushing out some 600-horses in the E63.
